The first stage of the process is a scheduled visit to your home/offices by one of our consultants, who provides you with a free non-obligation pre-move estimate. A&B Movers consultants gather a full understanding of your requirements and offer you the service to match your needs. He or She then draw up an inventory of your belongings and provide you with a quotation. Our Consultants are highly trained and able to respond to any special move requirements, questions or concerns that you might have.
Scheduling your move
A&B Movers consultant will contact you to follow up on your quotation and assist you with your booking. Once you have finalised your move date and contact details, your consultant will send you written confirmation/contract of your booking.
Packing and Loading
A&B Movers supervisor will manage the handling of your belongings with the utmost care and consideration during your move.
Supervisor will carry out a comprehensive inventory of your items, which will also include a description, and a record of any existing damages. It is suggested that you accompany him/her as he records the inventory and point out any items that will need special handling.
